A surge in fruit and vegetable prices has driven the largest monthly rise in food costs in nearly three years. Official numbers showed prices rising 2.1 percent in January on the month before. The Katyusha rocket hit the base at about 8:45 local time (17:45 GMT), the agency added, quoting three separate Iraqi security sources. No reports of casualties have been made.
